Origami Capital acts as a “one-stop-shop” solution across multiple transactions, committing over $50 million to facilitate the recapitalization of a growth equity fund and its portfolio companies
Chicago, IL, March 24, 2021 – Origami Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in complex special situations across asset classes, announced the closing of a multifaceted recapitalization of a growth equity fund.
