The acquisition marks the third profitable exit by Origami’s Oquirrh Ventures platform, underscoring the platform’s successful strategy in technology investments. This deal stands out amid a broader slowdown in the sector, which saw an 18% decline in mergers and acquisitions in 2023 compared to the previous year, according to investment banking firm Capstone’s report.
