Sam Eduljee

Sam is an Operating Partner at Origami, where he advises the firm on evaluating, structuring, and executing private equity, credit, and distressed investment opportunities. He works alongside the investment team on due diligence, transaction execution, and strategic initiatives, drawing on his experience investing across a broad range of industries.

Prior to transitioning to his current advisory role, Sam served as a Principal at Origami, leading the firm’s underwriting process and playing an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing investments, as well as supporting portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.

Before joining Origami, Sam worked at Comvest Partners and Maranon Capital, where he evaluated and executed investments across a variety of industries.

Sam holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
